Mary joined us previously on Podcast #22 where we talked about Let’s Pink Out 2021.
Mary started the San Cap Pink Project in 2011 to raise money for local uninsured individuals needing mammograms.
The charity provides free mobile mammogram services to encourage the early discovery of potentially fatal breast cancer.
Mary along with her wonderful team raises the funds through a series of fun, social events.
The money raised also supports other cancer-related needs in the local community.
Let’s Pink Out Sanibel & Captiva is the main fundraising event during October’s Breast Cancer Awareness Month. The full schedule is below.
