This casual beach-themed island institute has original cocktails and an extensive premier rum selection. A favorite with the locals, Doc Ford’s has locations on Sanibel Island, Captiva Island, Fort Myers Beach and St. Pete Pier. Make sure to check out their highly recommended signature dish, the Yucatan Shrimp! The inspiration for Doc Ford’s came from the books and explorations of local novelist Randy Wayne White.
