Sanibel Deli is a cool spot with a good, casual dining menu. They have the classic line of breakfast sandwiches and omelets.
The lunch menu consists of paninis, salads, sandwiches, wraps and subs with specialty creations such as “Knuckle Sandwich” and “The Mr. Chow”.
If whimsically named subs are not your thing they also serve pizza and wings and are especially noted for their pizza. They serve shakes, smoothies, ice cream and, have daily specials.
They also have numerous gluten-free options with almost everything on the menu able to be made gluten-free on request.

Sanibel Public Library
The Sanibel Public Library is a beautiful building set back from Dunlop Road. You don’t have to be a resident to join, visitors can sign up and the cost is $10, the membership lasts for a year. The library is great for kids with a lot of selection plus storytime and craft making. There is a robust schedule of programs on offer and there are e-books, meeting rooms, hotspots, and computers available.
