Unique to Sweet Melissa’s Cafe is the Sanibel Lime-Elo Sorbet. Former high school teacher Steve Maxwell discovered this new, tangy, sweet, and sour delight by accident and it is delicious! Sweet Melissa’s also prides itself on sourcing all ingredients by suppliers on, or near to, Sanibel.
