11 weeks after Hurricane Ian we check in with Mayor Holly Smith to see about the present and future of our beautiful islands. ❤️

We personally want to say a huge THANK YOU to Mayor Smith and city council members (Vice Mayor) Richard Johnson, Dr. Scott Crater, John Henshaw, and Mike Miller.

Another special thanks to City Manager Dana Souza and the whole amazing team at the city.  They have done a fantastic job thus far and we are confident they will continue to protect the future of our precious Sanibel.

As the City Manager’s office mission states on the City of Sanibel’s website….

To fully support the community vigilance in the protection and enhancement of Sanibel’s sanctuary characteristics where a diverse population lives in harmony with wildlife and natural habitats with the highest level of dedication and service to City Council. The City Manager is dedicated to providing efficient, quality services to every resident of Sanibel.

We can’t wait to show you the REBUILDING of the Islands & to WELCOME you back!
